Pre-Packet

Prior to the event, the group’s STEM Teacher/Leader Primary Contact will receive an information pack, including bus parking map, bus validation pass, and directions on how to find the Bone Student Center.
For groups participating in the 10:00 am Campus Tour and Complementary Lunch, a university representative will reach out to you for pre-registration, food allergies, and any special accomodations we need to make for your students.

Once At event

Auditorium doors will open for the event at 12:15 pm.
Your group will have priority, reserved seating together in the auditorium. To accommodate and seat groups together, we must have accurate counts for your registration(s).
Food and beverage are not allowed in the auditorium. Water bottles only.
Absolutely no cell phone usage, including video and photos during the event.
